Who we are - The Product Management Center of Excellence team is responsible to champion and mature product management discipline through coaching, training & advising Product Managers across Fannie Mae.
We are a team of customer centric product managers, designers, strategists and business people reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. Our audience is Fannie Mae Product Managers who are responsible for assessing emerging trends in customer needs, technologies, potential partnerships and building digital products - that could transform the way we, and Fannie Mae’s customers, do business for the benefit of borrowers and renters across the United States.
This is a fascinating time as new technologies and business models are emerging with the potential to radically transform financial services, as well as, our interactions with customers are increasingly going digital. At present, it is a cliché that incumbents have to embrace a customer centric, design led product mindset and innovation if they are to thrive in the years to come.
