THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Talent Acquisition - Consulting - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care. As the Manager of the Campus Recruiting function, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and team focused on building a diverse pipeline of early career talent for Fannie Mae. This person will conduct a thorough assessment of the current function to identify opportunities for growth, synergies with other areas of recruiting, and ways to further integrate industry best practices. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the following:

    • Building the business case for intern and full-time campus demand across Fannie Mae leveraging a combination of historical demand data, external market intelligence, and previous recruiting results.
    • Partnering closely with the business to understand priorities and identify opportunities to streamline and further improve the campus hiring experience.
    • Developing comprehensive sourcing techniques to identify and attract competitive talent with a diverse set of backgrounds.
    • Defining and implementing process improvements, tools, and technology to enhance the recruiting process and better enable recruiters and hiring teams.
    • Keeping a pulse on recruiting and current marketplace trends to ensure industry-leading early career hiring methodologies.
    • Managing recruiter and team workload, productivity, performance plans, and client satisfaction, as well as measuring progress and maintaining real-time reporting on seasonal results.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences

    • 6 years of recruiting experience
    • 2 years of people leadership experienced gained within recruiting and/or talent operations

    Desired Experiences

    • Experience recruiting and/or leading a high volume recruiting or horizontal sourcing function.
    • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and research to interviewing and offers.
    • Passionate about early career talent and building innovative ways to proactively identify and engage pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates.
    • Experience developing strong internal client relationships with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
    • Experience overseeing long-term and short-term early career program/project management.
    • Ability to think strategically and proactively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Skilled in tools related to project management, data management and reporting, including but not limited to Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Teams.
