As the Manager of the Campus Recruiting function, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and team focused on building a diverse pipeline of early career talent for Fannie Mae. This person will conduct a thorough assessment of the current function to identify opportunities for growth, synergies with other areas of recruiting, and ways to further integrate industry best practices.
