As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the team in conducting valuations, and managing investments and collateral, such as real estate, as well as review collateral positions to ensure appropriate valuation and minimize risk. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Operations - Collateral Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: As a valued colleague on our team, your will primarily be responsible for a wide range of MBS Trade processing tasks inclusive of but not limited to: trade confirmation, trade clearing, trade assignment, TBA trade netting, MBS trade allocation.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM  

Minimum Required Experiences

• 0-2 years of related experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good understanding of how to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Well versed in Microsoft Suite

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Background in fixed income trading operations, trade confirmations and/or trade settlements a plus
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a virtual team environment
• Ability to perform daily production responsibilities related to MBS trade processing
• Ability to represent the team on basic to moderate complexity projects and initiatives
• Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions that improve processes, reduce risk and/or improve the customer experience
