The Fannie Mae Finance Associates Program is a compelling opportunity for graduates to rotate through our Finance Division, including: Financial Reporting, Finance Business and Analytics, Business Unit CFOs (Capital Markets, Single-Family, and Multifamily), Financial Planning and Analysis, Economic and Strategic Research, Corporate Strategy, Finance Transformation, and Capital.

As a full-time associate, you will have the opportunity to be part of First Year Forward (FYF), an immersive experience designed to complement your on-the-job training.
