    WHAT YOU’LL DO. 

    As a BUSINESS ANALYST, you will apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to solving real-world issues around equitable and sustainable access to homeownership and quality affordable rental housing across America. You will work with best-in-class teams within departments such as Enterprise Operations, Marketing & Communications, Climate Risk, and more. You will work together with team members across the business to make recommendations for solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, and performance with data and technology.

    These are just a few examples of the impact you can make:

    • MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS: you will participate in the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives and communication activities, collaborating with teams across Fannie Mae to deliver on our internal and external communication strategy. 
    • ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS: you will participate in the technology transformation of our operations team, supporting the team’s efforts to streamline and drive operational excellence both for the business and our product lines.

     

    THE DEVELOPMENT YOU’LL RECEIVE – FIRST YEAR FORWARD.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING.  

    _MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  _

    • Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
    • Academic achievement (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above) 
    • Bachelor’s degree obtained between December 2021 and May 2022

     

    _PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: _

    • Business, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, Management, and Marketing majors are preferred
    • Strong analytical background 
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere  
    • Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results-focused 
    • Superior communication skills, both oral and written 
    • Fluency and aptitude with technology applications
