    Job Description

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Customer Identity & Access Management Operations Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Lead operational activities for external customer identity and access management (CIAM) lifecycle with the support of your team
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations activities, including provisioning, de-provisioning and managing access, troubleshooting customer issues as well as engaging with internal teams for application roll-out activities
    • Oversee the administration of operational process SLAs ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
    • Manage a team of Associates with accountability to develop and retain top talent.
    • Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide feedback to management, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.
    • Determining causes of operating errors, taking corrective action and reporting issues as needed.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 6 years relevant experience
    • Experience with Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
    • Ability to manage people and lead a team, including giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
    • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
    • Ability to manage relationships across the enterprise
    • Experience in Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Ability to influence including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict 
    • Experience in solving complex, specialized business problems, proposing strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
    • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
    • Skilled in Excel and Power Point
    • Experience using SharePoint and MyServices

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    • Experience in identity and access management preferred
