    Job Description

    As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on processes and procedures for leading and performing work related to planning, conducting, and documenting inquiries into allegations or appearance of conduct violating laws, regulations, or corporate standards.

    The Compliance and Ethics - Internal Investigation - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Conduct investigations of employee activity, including conducting initial assessment, developing investigative plans, interviewing witnesses and reviewing documentary evidence. Write reports of investigations and manage a caseload with competing priorities. .
    • Collaborate with legal, internal audit, FM Ethics, human resources, regulators and law enforcement to achieve maximum results that support business efforts.
    • Brief senior leadership on investigative findings.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 6 years experience in internal or government investigations, or corporate or government ethics positions
    • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
    • Excellent analytical capabilities as demonstrated by strong written and oral communication skills

    Desired Experiences

    • Demonstrated commitment to promoting an ethical culture and strong corporate values, professional discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
    • Experience working with diverse groups of people and managing dotted line relationships
    • Strong familiarity with potential legal issues (e.g., EEOC matters, fraud, SOX) that might be implicated in investigations
