    As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the identification of business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.

    The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Manage a team responsible for identifying operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Supervise a team supporting the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
    • Oversee the development of business process models and documentation of operational guidelines.
    • Monitor ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.

    • A history of defining and new, original ideas and successfully managing a team implementing them across a diverse organization.
    • Successfully manage a team with multiple competing work efforts across multiple teams. Involves assessing impacts, importance and urgency and setting direction and expectations - to meet or exceed expectations for timeliness and quality of work.
    • Skilled in creating visual content and presenting to stakeholders at various level in engaging and easy to understand ways while mentoring others to improve.
    • In depth knowledge of new technical capabilities with the ability to translate that knowledge, while training others, into business goals and objectives aligned to strategic priorities.
    • Can communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication. Includes facilitating large group workshops and asking the right questions to extract the right information at the right level of detail.
    • Manage a team who can facilitate customer needs with the ability to summarize at various levels for stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of design thinking skills including hands-on prototyping, customer journey mapping, and persona development.
    • Possess engagement management skills including nurturing stakeholder relationships, prompt response to requests, and proactively identifies business opportunities while managing others to do the same.
    • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options while managing resources to help the organization navigate the changing environment.
    • The ability to make insightful, successful business decisions and tradeoffs assessing the internal and external business landscape, strategies, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses.

    Tools

    • Skilled in Microsoft suite of products
    • Skilled in ARIS Express
    • Skilled in using OneNote
    • Experience using JIRA and confluence
    • Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies
    • Knowledge of AWS suite of products
