    As a valued contributor to our team, you will consult with management on the development of processes and procedures for designing and implementing components of technological structures. In this role, you will create solutions with a process-driven view, as well as maintain and/or update existing structures.

    • Demonstrated work experience in creation of architecture, architecture support for Agile implementations & Architecture Sprints 
    • Experience in driving architecture and business innovation thought process 
    • Clearly communicates and presents analyses and results and persuades others by supporting ideas with logical arguments/data 
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring senior architects 
    • Technical knowledge of primarily AWS, ( nice to have Azure or GCP public cloud,) cloud native design, micro-service architecture, containerization and non-functional requirements 
    • Candidate should have significant experience in cloud platforms on enterprise platform and application teams, processes, and CI/CD technologies or infrastructure to facilitate rapid application development and reliable, scalable infrastructure. 
    • At least 8 years of software development, solutions architect, or architect experience 
    • At least 8 years of experience designing, developing, and architecting enterprise systems 
    • At least 7 years of experience in application architecture, design patterns, and cloud patterns

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 
    • 10+ years of experience with architectural patterns, building APIs, microservices, event streams, and high throughput systems 
    • 10+ years building cloud native architectures, architecting enterprise applications on public cloud platforms and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure or GCP). Expertise in any one or more clouds is desirable.
    • 10+ years architecting highly scalable and reliable back-end systems in production desirable to have 5+ years of experience with enterprise data, analytical architectures and data tools for Apache Spark, AI, and Machine Learning 
    • 2+ years experience leveraging DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Chef, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation templates, and GitHub 
    • AWS Professional and/or AWS Associate Architect Certification
    • 8+ years building cloud native architectures, architecting enterprise API based applications on public cloud platforms and cloud ecosystems in AWS 
    • 10+ years architecting highly scalable and reliable back-end systems in production 
    • 2+ years' experience leveraging DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Gitlab, Artifactory, Chef, or Ansible,  and GitHub

    • Determine the needs of diverse and complex customer groups by applying understanding and resolution of complex or unusual business problems.
    • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and may lead matrixed teams.
    • Oversee existing structures, as well as the implementation and ongoing monitoring of governance.
    • Perform modeling, analysis, and planning to solve technical business problems and identify opportunities and risks.

    • Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, which may also include web design, web content development, scripting, and/or network security configuration
    • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
    • Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
    • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
    • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
    • Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
    • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
    • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
    • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
    • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
