Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to team's work in working with the management team to support their daily work responsibilities and tracking of action items. The candidate must be well organized in maintaining and able to collect data quickly from various sources. Candidate will be expected to know the following tools or have the ability to pick them up in a very short time : These tools support Agile framework using Atlassian tools, at a minimum work with Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence and also Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Have a working knowledge of building executive level presentations and be self-starter. The candidate must have excellent organizational skill to manage various confluence sites and pages. The Business Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Advise team and management on process improvements and opportunities for streamlining the quality gates on Data.
Leverage the Planning tools within the mortgage leading industry and how they shape the development teams for the modernization effort.
Manage timely responses to customer and management requests.
Be able to act as a Quality Assurance person on various Data and Reports.
Evaluate and support opportunities for alignment between IT operations and the business.
Support the S/W licenses and cost for planning tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Repository tools along with Vendor management.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
Experience with analysis of data and presentations with a key emphasis on Quality
Experience with financial tracking system and cost tracking.
Experience with issue tracking and balancing multiple priorities within Jira.
Able to work in highly intensive timeline environment with minimal guidance
Focus on Business Analytics
Desired Experiences
MBA preferred, but bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in managing budget and Data Analysis
Working experience with Jira
Have an understanding of Capacity Based Planning.
Good working skills and understanding of business needs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in housing market
Experience with Accounting
