    Job Description

    As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on processes and analyses to monitor business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Demonstrable background in Enterprise Architecture related to Technology/business strategy & Governance.
    • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience driving business insights leveraging architecture domain expertise for the purposes of advising stakeholders.
    • Experience dissecting business process flows, identifying process improvements, and designing / implementing business processes.
    • Demonstrable experience in maturing the business process modeling practice
    • Ability to act as Change Agent with influencing skills to negotiate, persuade, facilitate, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
    • Skilled in creating impactful communications for a variety of different stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purposes of presenting information and ideas to business and technical audiences in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

     

    MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

    • 6 years
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    DESIRED EXPERIENCES

    • Experience working closely with vendors to drive platform adoption & the product roadmap (incl. upgrades)
    • Expertise with business process analysis, modeling, and management using tools such as ARIS/Alfabet, Mega-HOPEX, Abacus, BiZZDesign Enterprise Studio, Sparx, etc.
    • Expertise implementing & configuring the business process repository platform (ex.: ARIS/Alfabet, Mega-HOPEX, Abacus, BiZZDesign Enterprise Studio, Sparx, etc.)
    • BIZBOK or Business Architecture Guild certification(s) - preferred.
    • Experience with process mining & simulation tools (ARIS Process Mining, Celonis, UIPath, etc.) preferred
    • Advise on approaches to identify and address operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
    • Provide expert guidance in the development of business process models and document operational guidelines.
    • Assess the monitoring of ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.

    SKILLS

    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
    • Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery.
    • Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
    • Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
    • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
    • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
    • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
    • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
    • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
    • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
    • Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

    TOOLS

    • Skilled in one or more of the following tools: ARIS/Alfabet, Mega-HOPEX, Abacus, BiZZDesign Enterprise Studio, Sparx, etc.)
    • Experience using JIRA
    • Experience using SharePoint
    • Skilled in Visio
    • Skilled in Excel
