    Job Description

    We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Visa Acceptance Solutions Finance team supporting our various platforms, including Cybersource, Authorize.net, Verifi, and Visa. The Finance team uses a consultative model with key stakeholders in the business to apply data to business and finance decisions, as well as measure performance. As a finance business partner, this person will cultivate operational partnerships to drive strategic and financial thought leadership and successfully complete the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.

    Essential Functions

    • Leads the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development, pricing analysis, P&L generation and business planning support.
    • Supports deal review activities and business case development for key initiatives.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and serves as a key point of contact for finance issues.
    • Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business.
    • Applies overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.
    • Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making.

    This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics or related quantitative field or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, strong skills in PowerPoint, and experience in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
    • MBA is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
    • Ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
    • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate cross-functionally and with all levels of management
    • Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets
    • Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce time sensitive deliverables
    • Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,600.00 to 145,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
