A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN FCCU TELLER

You arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members. You develop relationships with our members as you discover their lending needs, and offer the appropriate product or service as well as resolve any concerns they have regarding their account.

During each shift, to meet the current and future financial needs of our members, you utilize your product knowledge to identify and recommend our products and services to make sales and meet monthly goals. You complete teller transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and new account opening. You take pride in being the face of FCCU and projecting a positive image to our members and prospective members alike!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members and provide prompt quality service
• Process various transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, and negotiable instrument sales
• Open new accounts and process account changes
• Promote credit union lending products to new and existing members
• Maintain and accurately balance a cash drawer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year cash handling (Preferred)
• 1 year sales (Preferred)

SCHEDULE

• Monday thru Saturday (one day off during the week)
• Day Shift
• Subject to change based on business need

LOCATION:

FCCU has branches in Stockton, Lodi, and Manteca. Placement is based on business need and may change; reliable transportation and flexibility required.
