JOB DESCRIPTION – LOAN PROCESSOR SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The loan processor position works with lenders to coordinate loan closings, fund loans, and provide follow up loan management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Prepare and process commercial loans.
2. Work exception list for loan officers.
3. Accept loan payments and process draw requests for officers.
4. Provide loan and deposit research for commercial customers.
5. Provide notary services as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Familiarity with loan documentation and related information (financial statements, insurance, etc.).
