Requisition # FFB 837 Job Title Commercial Client Service Associate Location Corporate Office - Irvine, CA 92612 US (Primary) Job Type Full-time Category Customer Support/Client Care Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Education High School Job Description Summary: This position provides high levels of service and support to Commercial Deposit Group Leaders, Relationship Managers and their respective customers and prospects. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain strong, favorable customer relationships with existing Government Banking, Native American, Multi-Family Lending and other assigned customer segments Act as Commercial Bankings primary customer contact for targeted commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex bank account structures and/or servicing requirements Assist commercial and specialty deposits clients with new accounts, wires and account questions Assist Deposit Relationship Managers with obtaining required documentation for account opening Provide assistance with documentation review and account implementation Assist Deposit Relationship Managers by ensuring issues needing immediate attention are resolved Maintain a current working knowledge of commercial account products, including treasury management services, and investment alternatives Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
