This job is responsible for assisting the Corporate Lending Department in the processing, underwriting and closing of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial and Construction Loans. Summary of Job Responsibilities: * Setup new credit files and order third party reports for new loan transactions. * Assist Loan Officers with the underwriting and processing of new loan transactions.

• Prepare credit approval memos for the renewal of existing Bank loans.
• Analyze and spread business and personal financial statements, tax returns and other documentations * Service assigned existing credit relationship, maintain credit files, monitor and collect updated financial documents. * Work with the Note Department on the closing of new loan transactions. * Performs other duties or assignments as instructed. Qualifications: * College degree in accounting, finance or business preferred. * Minimum of 1 year of corporate commercial lending and banking experience preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high production environment. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. * Strong financial analysis and accounting skills. * Organized and detail oriented. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial and Construction Lending is a plus. * Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
