    End User Support I Location: Kamehameha Industrial Center (00002) Department: IT Infrstr Dept-End User Suppt (0030612) Description End User Support I Grade 007 Department IT Infrastructure Department - End User Support (Honolulu, Oahu) Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 - 6:00 p.m. (hours may vary) In addition on call support is required Responsibilities Responsible to provide technical support (phone, on-site, etc) to Local Area Network (LAN)/personal computer users by analyzing and resolving problems and by supplying information concerning LAN and PC use and also assists in administrative and operational support for the IT Infrastructure End User Support Department in accordance with established systems and procedures. Qualifications 1 year field experience in PC hardware installation, configuration, maintenance or equivalent required Minimum one year working knowledge with client operating systems required Bachelors degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required Must possess good interpersonal skills and is able to work well with end users. Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in setup and user of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to bend, crouch, reach, grip and pinch.
