The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level or early career position that will support Stifel Fixed Income's marketing department, providing office, editorial, procurement and event assistance. The right candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, a high social media IQ, and the aptitude/desire to learn about our business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide editorial support for marketing materials, pitch books, presentations, announcements, emails, invitations and website content.
• Maintain periodic (daily/weekly) reports and updates.
• Assist the Fixed Income Group's webinar program, maintain marketing materials, maintain expense reporting and respond to general marketing inquiries.
• Assist with expanding the Fixed Income Group's social media profile, specifically the Stifel Institutional LinkedIn page, by working with the designer to highlight speaker appearances and participation at industry conferences.
• Become well-versed in how to use the Firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to deliver business and marketing materials to clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM database and to extract targeted marketing lists.

Minimum salary: $55,000

Maximum salary: $75,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills (AP/Chicago Styles)
• High social media IQ
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies (CRM, webinar, video editing)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a strong attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum required: bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university.
• Minimum required: 1 to 3 years' work-related experience

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook
