    Position Summary

    The Fixed Income Middle Office analyst handles a variety of daily operational trade processing functions and provides support across the trade life cycle. This role will be focused on securitized product support but will also be expected to support other fixed income desks.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Provide trader support including trade entry and capture

    • Partner with trading and sales to resolve trade issues

    • Strong knowledge of treasury auction process and WI security setup/workflows

    • Facilitate and process FEDTRADE and TAAPS operations

    • Strong knowledge of trade life cycle, including netting procedures across fixed income products with DTCC

    • Monitor exception screens and resolve discrepancies efficiently

    • Respond to trade queries and resolve DK’s

    • Monitor FOBO reconciliation reports and resolve trade/position breaks

    • New Issue syndicate operations support across full deal lifecycle

    • Maintain and manage static data security set-up and creations across all fixed income products/systems

    • Assist with ad-hoc requests

    Qualifications

    • 5+ Years Fixed Income support experience

    • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

    • Knowledge of BBG, ION, MBSE, Tradeweb, Helix, TAAPS, FEDTRADE, Impact, DTCC

    • Bachelor’s degree

    The expected base salary ranges from $73,750 - $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
