Summer Interns- Bonita Operations Center Tracking Code 18-137 Job Description GENERAL FUNCTION: Summer interns will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with managers in real-world assignments and present on real projects within Florida Community Bank. Interns can serve in various positions including marketing, finance, human resources, mortgage, operations, and project management. In this position, you will contribute to project-based deliverables aligned to field of study while learning more about the financial services industry. Required Skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of training deliverables; filing documents into appropriate Bank files. Research training trends to develop new training initiatives. Effectively and actively communicate relevant project information to project teams. Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others Special Projects assigned. Adhere to confidentiality policy, code of ethics and follow all policies and procedures relative to Consumer Compliance laws and regulations and best practice recommendations. All other duties as may be assigned by management Required Experience SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: College student who has interest in developing skills and gaining work experience applicable to one's major Education path for BS/BA in related discipline Positive Attitude Good interpersonal skills and in a learning mode Strong MS Word and Excel skills 20-25 hours per week WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like. Extended viewing of CRT screen. May be required to occasionally lift to 25 lbs. May be required to stand for long periods of time.
