Essential Duties:

• Interpret the insurance policy and determine if coverage is afforded.
• Explore, analyze and evaluate information.
• Review damage to determine if it is consistent with facts of loss.
• Strong organizational and multi tasking skills is required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Meet state licensing requirements.
• Offer “World Class Customer Service” to external as well as internal customers.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
•  · Exceptional Organization and Time Management Skills Required
•  · Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments 
• · Maintain high level of data entry accuracy 
• -High School Diploma or Equivalent
