JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Agents provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, answer any questions regarding customer policies, accept payments and process transactions, identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy and most definitely follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.

• Must be 18 years old

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
