This includes day-to-day activities related to business production support, triaging issues, managing change management activities and supporting testing, controls and all security access for these processes and systems/applications. Your work falls into these 2 Primary categories: Operations & Technology: * Part of a business operations production support team that oversees numerous applications/services in Freddie Macs Loan Advisor Suite. This includes being a part of an on-call support, managing production changes and monitoring controls. * Act as an interface between our team, business and IT partners. * Use our numerous tools to help triage issues and problem solve. Analytical thinking: * Perform analysis and provide metrics for management as well ad hoc reports to our business partners. * Solve complex business issues by being able to put the pieces together and understanding how of our systems work. * Assess impacts to systems and processes.
