An introductory experience focused on helping freshmen of diverse backgrounds understand financial services, gain technical skills and kickoff the career planning process.

Your time here will look something like this...

Citi's Freshman Discovery Program will be held in late May at Citi's Headquarters in New York City.

As a participant, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the future of work at Citi, hear from senior leaders and recent graduates, learn technical and soft skills and accelerate your career development.

We want to hear from you if...

• Freshmen currently enrolled in four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution.
• Have an expected graduation Winter 2021-Spring 2022
• Self-identify as Black, Hispanic and/or Female
• Have an interest in financial services or want to explore the opportunities available within the industry

All candidates are selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, campus leadership, and interest in the industry

Dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital. We value diversity and so do you. We'll also be looking for the following: commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, success in team environments, strong communication, planning & organizational skills, analytical & quantitative skills and a desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial services industry. Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is preferred but not required. Applications close March 31, 2019. Qualified candidates should expect to hear back April 2019.
