G2 is seeking full time and part time undergraduate interns to join our Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. This position is unpaid, but provides an exciting opportunity to break into a highly competitive industry and learn skills sets that are necessary for a career in the financial services sector. We have provided university credit in the past. 

Programs (pick one): 

• Spring: January, February, March, April 
• Summer: May, June, July, August

Responsibilities:

• Project, Pitch, and Deal Execution Support 
• Data Entry 
• Market Research and Analysis

What You Will Learn: 

• Database management and research skills 
• Understanding of capital markets players 
• How an M&A process runs from pitch to close 
• Financial language and variables of deal making

Qualifications

Experience: 

• Must have superior Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word and Excel 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Highly organized and has ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, pro-active, positive attitude with good listening skills and high integrity
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable to change
• Ability to take direction, ask questions and work both independently and with a team
• Thrives in a fast paced environment

Highly Preferable: 

• Past experience in financial services

Education:

• Candidate must be entering their Undergraduate Junior or Senior year with a Major in Economics, Finance or Business (min GPA 3.4)
• Do NOT apply if you are a Freshman Undergrad Student. We will consider highly motivated Sophomores
