This role is hybrid, with an expectation of two to three days in the office each week, subject to change based on organizational needs.
Global Transaction Banking Department (GTB) Americas Office provides various Cash and Trade related solutions, such as cash management (payment/collection services, fraud mitigation, commercial card services, liquidity management) and trade finance (conventional L/C, Supply Chain Management, Stand-by LC). The Department promotes our products and solutions to our corporate customers, primarily Japanese and US corporate customers through different channels (online, host-to-host, API and network management with a partner bank).
This role sits within our Cash Product team and supports our cash management related business, specifically commercial card and network management.
Summary
Working with a senior product manager, develop and expand the transaction banking business through disciplined product management of Mizuho’s Cash Management products, services and channels.
The specific scope of product management responsibilities for this role broadly includes assisting in the development and expansion of Mizuho’s products and services sourced through Third Party Partnerships (known as “network management’). Product responsibilities currently include managing aspects of Controlled Disbursement, Lock Box, Check Printing Services and components of the Commercial Card service. Other responsibilities include working closely with other GTBD business and support units to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensuring the maintenance of, and improvement upon, all client experience standards. This includes identifying opportunities to close service gaps, improve operational performance and increase revenue from clients as well as assisting with and providing insight to the “sales pipeline”.

The expected base salary ranges from $75,000 - $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
