Your main responsibilities will include: * Develop reports to monitor and track monthly spending for various expense accounts. * Prepare variance explanations for the team. * Track recruiting costs and hiring costs to help the team reduce cost per hire and cost per applicant, as well as increase efficiency. * Help the team create a dashboard to track the beginning of the hiring process all the way through the onboarding process. * Help guide the team to automate various reporting to capitalize on more analysis of data. Candidate Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major preferred. * Prior experience with IBM Cognos TM1 is preferred. * 1-2 years of applied work experience. * Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Very detail oriented. * Very strong Excel skills and experience producing Excel-based reporting with accompanying analysis. * Prior experience in finance/accounting or analytical roles preferred. * Ability to work independently. Must be willing and able to commute or relocate. This position is located in our Chevy Chase, MD office.
