RESPONSIBILITIES The Talent Development intern will help maintain the success of our employees by supporting: new employee onboarding, leadership development offerings, organizational development initiatives and special projects (such as our June Month of Service initiative). Our intern will also have the opportunity to gain experience with presenting, facilitating, reporting and consulting. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Rising seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree in: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications or similar * Organized, detail-oriented and can handle multiple projects * Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale * Flexible to the needs of our business * Innovative mindset * Outgoing and comfortable speaking with any level of the organization
