    YOUR ROLE AS THE VP OF MEMBER EXPERIENCE

    As the VP of Member Experience, you will establish and maintain key business relationships within the community, while identifying and driving additional opportunities through continued community involvement and business development efforts. 

    Furthermore, you are to be involved with all activities that relate to the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that service levels and the needs of your staff and Members are always met. 

    Required Experience

    AS THE VP OF MEMBER EXPERIENCE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

    • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business administration or closely related field
    • At least five years progressively responsible retail and sales management experience in a financial institution including four years management experience.
