Demand Planner needs 3+ years combined experience in: Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning

Demand Planner requires:

• ERP/SAP
• Business or supply chain Experience
• BS/BA in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, supply chain management or similar field required.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to influence and collaborate with other departments Excellent analytical and problem solving
• Strong Excel skill.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Demand Planning role
• In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting/statistical modeling techniques and inputs (e.g., business trends, seasonality, consumption patterns)
• Proven results against forecast accuracy metrics

Demand Planner duties:

• Generate/maintain monthly/weekly, statistical and adjusted demand plans over an 18-24 month rolling horizon
• Develops monthly/weekly forecasts for key customers/channels as assigned for entire Business Unit portfolio
• Leads/Facilitates the Demand side conversations in the BU's Demand Review meeting with Sales and Marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, sales and other functional teams and utilize those relationships to enhance business performance
• Create, update and maintain the monthly demand plan, broken down into weeks and to our distribution centers.
• Monitor our demand planning metrics and drive improvement in particular towards the forecast accuracy and SOP Process Excellence.
• Partners with Marketing to develop new product initiative forecasts as well as to maintain a robust long-term planning horizon for 9-24 months
• Partners with Marketing and Sales
