REMOTE UX WRITER needs experience writing for financial products and services, or in a similarly regulated industry.

REMOTE UX WRITER requires:

• Ø Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ø Ability to incorporate brand voice and tone into user experiences
• Ø Experience creating content for all digital channels (web, mobile, conversational, etc)
• Ø Adept at communicating creative rationales and problem-solving strategies
• Ø Comfortable working and multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and collaborative

Environment

• Ø Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, media or English, or equivalent career experience.

REMOTE UX WRITER duties:

• Ø Write, edit and improve content for internal and external audiences, including plan participants, institutional clients, retirees, and client-facing associates to reach business and UX goals
• Ø Collaborate with design, product, technology and marketing partners to create clear and effective experiences across product lines
• Ø Identify and help solve problems in new and existing user experiences to ensure ease of use in complex financial environments
• Ø Create consistent, on-brand messaging that clearly articulates the benefits of products and services, while streamlining operational tasks for internal and external audiences
