Technical Desktop Support requires:
Networking systems and protocols.
Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer

Technical Desktop Support duties:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.
Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
