  • Responsibilities

    Remote Supply Chain Analyst needs 7+ years of work experience within a global warehousing and distribution environment and possess a deep understanding of supply chain warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment processes.

    Remote Supply Chain Analyst requires:

    Bachelor's degree is required in business management, supply chain management, operations, engineering, or a business-related field. Master's Degree/MBA/CPA preferred.

    Other related industries include a highly regulated environment, medical device/diagnostic, healthcare, or biotech.

    CSCP certification is preferred. It is required to understand the interfaces and impacts of supply chain and operations processes on other business areas. Understand the complexities of a large ERP.

    Demonstrated project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives is required; PMP certification is a plus.

    Must have outstanding project management skills—the ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules and budgets.

    Prior experience working with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Inventory Management (IM) is required.

    Prior experience implementing global SAP supply chain modules is preferred. Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to represent highly complex topics at any level of the organization.

    Continuous Improvement Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and general regulatory processes is preferred.

    Ability to travel up to 20%.

    Remote Supply Chain Analyst duties:

    Monitor and resolve interface issues between SAP, the warehouse control system, and other logistic partners.

    Verify and Fix stock discrepancies through Sale Order adjustments Perform adjustments in SAP on various processes needing manual workaround Support new customer or new country creation in SAP by validating shipping conditions, transportation zones, and other related settings.

    Provide SAP Business parameters or set-up recommendations, including Routes, Transportation Zone, Shipping Points logic and weight group

    Perform Route Schedule maintenance in SAP; support OTIF (On time In Full) failure analysis for Distribution

    Provide insight and explanation of varied Sale Order dates.
