Business System Analyst needs 2-3 years' business experience required, preferably in sales operations, contracting, or an analytical role.
Business System Analyst requires:
- SAP and Excel knowledge required.
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Uses job-related information and technology, SAP and Excel, effectively to achieve results.
- Read, analyze, and interpret business data and use information appropriately as relates to project scope.
- Adapts to change and rearranges priorities and work based on business needs.
- Demonstrates ability to meet timelines, goal achievement and defined metrics.
- Identifies and understands situations, opportunities, and problems and initiates appropriate actions and solutions to maximize legacy data cleanup efforts.
- Manages time effectively.
- Perform applicable system updates based on results of legacy data review. Updates can include but not limited to making UCN's inactive; changing attributes within specific data fields; creating new data if necessary.
- Perform, review and define current status of each customer via UCN (universal customer number) and account review. This review will be done by using applicable systems, SAP; MXP and Contracting to confirm current sales, active equipment and contracts.
- Organize and manage the legacy report data and provide updates on progress for Project Dashboard.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of changes and any impacts are known. This can include calling customers, working with Sales and Contracting teams.
