Snr Customer Service Representative requires:

3-5+ years in consumer loan underwriting

Previous credit review experience a plus

Ability to perform in a high volume work environment, must have good problem -solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail.

Ability to have regular and predictable attendance

Ability to work flexible hours

Ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines –

-Strong oral and written communication skills –

Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
