Job Description
Visa is looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant - Program Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can operate as a true strategic partner for the Global Cross-Border organization, supporting multiple executives and providing program support for Business Operations. This role goes beyond traditional admin support, as you’ll help drive priorities, streamline operations, and keep the business moving.
What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced, high expectation environment.
• Excellent judgement, organization, and communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PPT, Excel).
• High discretion, organizational excellence, and strong stakeholder management.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting a Chief of Staff or working in strategic operations.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments (e.g. startups, fast-growing business units).
• Interest in payments, product, marketing, or sales.
• Creative problem solving and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business context and priorities.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 104,900.00 to 163,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
