KEY SKILLS

You should have a basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting and variance analysis. We’re looking for those with well-rounded academic backgrounds with a strong interest in financial management. Those who are analytical, curious leaders with a passion for critical thinking and working as part of a community to shape the future will thrive on the many opportunities available here.

You’ll spend 10 weeks working on critical initiatives for executives, supporting public filings and learning what it takes to close the books for the month or quarter. Since finance and business management is ingrained in each of our businesses, you’ll gain exposure across the firm.

ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE

You’ll spend the summer working with a team on various initiatives that drive key business results, such as: preparing external reporting to meet requirements, gathering internal and external data, financial budgeting or forecasting.

TRAINING

The program begins with a one-day orientation. You’ll then have access to various senior executives via our speaker events, mentors and training throughout the summer to increase your technical and soft skills.

CAREER PROGRESSION

After completing the program, many Analysts receive full-time employment offers.
