Our Enterprise Operations & Technology business is looking for full-time Analysts to join our Global Information Security team. Global Information Security is responsible for protecting the firm’s most important assets, and is comprised of professionals from across the globe, who manage the Information Security program for Citi. The Full Time Analyst position(s) are a two-year rotational program with a variety of different tracks available. The program starts in the summer following graduation with an intensive one-week orientation where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision. Analysts will gain first hand experience in data protection, global identification management, infrastructure defense, and more.

We'’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The two-year Analyst Rotational Program starts in June and begins with a one-week, in-depth training program. After a placement process, based on your interests, and our needs, you'’ll be assigned to an industry or product coverage group, where you'’ll focus on cyber security and information technology to work with for the next two years. Throughout the program, analysts work in entry-level roles to perform jobs at the highest levels while continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate the processes used within Citi to optimize security and mitigate threats. You will get the opportunity to gain experience and exposure in a global collaborative environment to ensure that processes are implemented and utilized to facilitate peak operational functionality.

Your time here will look something like this...

• Data Protection Concerned with assessing and improving the security controls in place that protect sensitive information, whether it is being accessed, handled, processed, stored or transmitted.
• Global Identification Management Charged with managing the identity administration activities and execution of entitlement risk reduction efforts by addressing regulatory and audit commitments, mitigates access management risks, increases operational efficiencies, improves customer relationships, and reduces costs.
• Infrastructure Defense Engineers a layered and in-depth security defense architecture that reduces risk from compromise, failure or circumvention of controls. It maintains an end-to-end view of our security infrastructure that is linked to key threats to support issue and event response.
• Cyber Intelligence and Threat Management Collects and analyzes actionable intelligence from internal and external sources to monitor Citi’s potential exposure to online fraud and works with Security Operations and the Citi Threat Assessment Center to monitor and respond to these threats and vulnerabilities.

We want to hear from you if...

• You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preferred disciplines include: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Emergence or Crisis Management, or another analytical or technical-related program
• You graduated with a GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)
• You have an interest working in a high tech global technology environment and have a fundamental understanding of technologies, including by not limited to programing languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, or basic concepts of rational databases.
• You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
