    Sales Associate (Fintech and Consumer Internet), in partnership with the Solution Advisors, will be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business, and increasing our overall revenue goal through reactive, inbound leads and referrals. You will build rapport by understanding customer needs and providing competent, agile solutions to one of our fastest growing segments of clients. You will partner with the relationship management teams nationally in the United States as well as Israel.


    • Support clients to add new revenue, drive existing client retention and increase portfolio growth. This may include such tasks as client meeting preparation (account analysis); proposal drafting; competitive analysis and trend identification; and conducting internal and external follow-up associated with clients.

    • Work independently, to contact clients directly for a better understanding of their needs and to resolve related questions and inquiries. Collaborates with Relationship Teams to cultivate a strategic approach to building client relationships and create product revenue.

    • Ensure client satisfaction through active partnership with service teams and implementations teams.

    • May be assigned tasks to work on special projects in conjunction with product management, marketing, relationship sales and other internal partners as it relates to product development, promotional materials, and product campaigns to achieve greater external visibility for various products.

    • Independently develop knowledge of the payments industry and advancements in associated technology and best practices to be a thought leader internally and externally to SVB


    • Basis understanding of banking protocols, payment products and the technology market.

    • Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

    • Experience in the payments industry through a finance role, operational role in a payments company, or directly in commercial banking


    $57,748.00 - $108,277.00

    Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
