THE ROLE
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with questions concerning products, shipping, billing activities on customer accounts. This position takes calls on the phone queue and is expected to meet or exceed goals set in; quality assurance, number of calls taken, wait times, and length of call. The ability to consistently deliver positive customer service is key. We represent over 20 health and wellness brands. High level of teamwork and cooperation within the Customer Care Team is required to meet our customer satisfaction goals.
