Regional Leasing Specialist Good Harbor Management LLC - Dallas, TX Good Harbor Management LLC (Good Harbor), an affiliate of Alden Torch Financial LLC (Alden), was formed in 2016 with the purpose of providing proprietary, multifamily property management services for affordable housing assets principally owned and controlled by Alden through its numerous affiliates. Under the direction of the Managing Director, the Regional Leasing Specialist is the liaison between the community teams and the Regional Managers to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans and implement advertising, pricing, and other campaigns that drive traffic and occupancy to achieve optimum leasing and financial performance in line with Good Harbor and the Owners business plans. Essential Functions This primary functions for this position are: * Reputation Management for communities * Work with Regional Manager to conduct innovative campaigns to boost reviews for communities * Monitor social media and review sites for new reviews and assist sites in responding * Travel to provide marketing and leasing support for communities * Assist in the training of Leasing Consultants at communities * Focus on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing support, guidance and direction to a portfolio of multi-family assets through the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs. * Review, interpret and apply analytics at the property and market-level that will improve performance. * Collaborate with on-site associates to evolve innovative strategies based on market conditions and property data that will directly impact leasing. * Assist site teams in developing and implementing outreach and direct marketing programs. * Compose marketing plans that attract the identified target audience and strategically address property business objectives. * Prepare weekly/monthly reports for regional management team. Computer Skills: * Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Office 365 * Must have excellent computer skills and have industry software experience. RealPages OneSite competency will be required following specific Good Harbors training. * Willingness and ability to utilize tablet/mobile devices and software efficiently.
