  • Responsibilities

    Landmark Credit Union is looking for a Branch Support Administrator, this position reports to the Sr. Vice President, Branch Strategy & Delivery. They will provide high-level administrative support to the Sr. Vice President and Regional Managers. The Branch Support Administrator will be responsible for preparing statistical reports, conducting research, handling information requests, and performing multiple clerical functions such as correspondence, working with data and spreadsheets. They will also handles member complaints, arrange conference calls and meetings, and is a Super User/Administrator for Appointment Booking program. 

     DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepares and maintains various complex reports and documents as requested.
    • Acts as the Administrator for Appointment Scheduler software, and superuser for both back- and front-end setup and maintenance.
    • Tracks and analyzes branch survey feedback to ensure appropriate follow-up and provide root cause analysis.
    • Assists with the preparation of monthly branch management meetings: establishing and communicating agenda, scheduling speakers and rooms, distributing sales reports and keeping a log of key issues and outcomes.
    • Screens and aids in the handling of member complaints and their follow up and resolution.
    • Coordinates and assists with the creation and distribution of branch communications.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • College degree and 3 years of experience in an administrative support position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in the financial services industry is helpful, but not required.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior executives as well as diverse groups of people from inside and outside the company.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Must have demonstrated ability to function in a variety of programs and systems as part of job responsibilities.
    • Proven ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
    • Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and a variety of deliverables in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.  
    • Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations.

    -Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution

    -18 graduate level semester hours/30 graduate level quarter hours in Religion coursework from a regionally accredited institution

    -Teaching experience preferred
