About Global Transaction Banking

The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) combines Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking businesses. This business division was created with the aim to ensure greater alignment of product and sales efforts, enabling the bank to deliver a better service to clients and a more focused resource allocation.

Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is a leading global provider of cash management, trade finance and securities services, delivering the full range of commercial banking products and services for both corporates and institutions worldwide.

Your role

Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will contribute to the development of new ideas for helping our customers achieve their financial goals. The projects you work on will require your analytical skills, an ability to work independently and an instinct for trends and innovations. You will learn all about our business, move between different teams and become involved in client services management, sales, and product development. The specific tasks that you deal with will depend on your role within the team. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.

Areas in which you could work

• Cash Management Corporates: here you will help corporates and non-bank financial institutions grow their business.

• Institutional Cash Management offers various payment and cash management related products to financial institutions and Deutsche Bank affiliates.

• Trade grads will help to provide solutions related to imports, exports or domestic trade transactions that include document handling, financing and risk mitigation.

• Trust & Agency Services is where we provide corporate trust, loan services, corporate services, escrows and depository receipts.

• Securities Services provides custody and funds services.

We are looking for bright minds with good academic records and some practical work experience to create a positive impact for our customers.

• Are you passionate about finance?
• Have you already completed an internship or do you have part-time experience in a field related to banking or transaction banking, ideally in combination with some experience abroad?
