Participates in monitoring and reporting on training. Provides administrative and overall project support to Learning and Development function. Program coordination for company programs- Internship, Graduate Development, and Community Engagement.May perform duties involving employee communications.Coordinates employer brand awards and employee activities/programs. Facilitates and/or processes various, informational, and other confidential records and forms. May have responsibility for maintaining paper or electronic files. Responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures. Triages more complex questions/issues to the appropriate staff. Participates in ensuring compliance to company policies, practices, and state and federal regulatory requirements. Compiles statistics for managements use and/or participates in preparing reports for internal or external use. Builds working knowledge of employment law, various human resources functions, and current trends. Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: Associates degree or equivalent.Field of Study: Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.Experience: 2 to 4 years of related experience; may be entry level for a candidate with a Bachelors Degree. DDI Certified Facilitator.
