Citi's HBCU Innovation and Leadership Symposium is designed for undergraduate Freshman and Sophomores attending an HBCU and serves as an introductory experience focused on helping students of diverse backgrounds understand financial services, gain technical skills, and kickoff the career planning process.

Program Goals:

The HBCU Innovation and Leadership Symposium is a four day virtual leadership program. This immersive program will provide attendees an opportunity to network with HBCU students across the US, learn about financial services, and participate in workshops to share and discuss the rich experiences of professionals at Citi. Participants will receive leadership development, an insider view on Citi's culture, career readiness workshops, and financial acumen.

We want to hear from you if:

• You are a Freshman or Sophomore currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's Degree program at an HBCU
• Have an expected graduation between Spring 2023 and Spring 2024
• Have an interest in financial services or want to explore the opportunities available within the industry
• Strong academic performance required

​ This program is open to all disciplines and majors. Following an application, you'll be invited to submit an essay for consideration into the program.
