Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Clienteling and Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service, connecting with customers to create lasting relationships
• Display strong product knowledge across all life-cycle stages of the EF eco-system
• Excel at wardrobing across a variety of body and gender types
• Stylish and creative, interested in fashion with keenness for Eileen Fisher
• Communicates Renew events, promotions, and partnerships
• Ability to articulate EF/Renew values around sustainability and DEI

Operations

• Transact on available POS platforms
• Ability to perform basic computations and reporting daily sales
• Daily stocking and merchandising
• General store maintenance
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Maintain high level of initiative and self-direction
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Communicate any store needs directly to store leader/s and other team members
• Ability to adapt quickly to business needs

Required Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays between 8- 29 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and/or team lift when necessary
• Ability to climb ladders, twist, bend & stoop
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

The hiring salary for this role is $21.30/hr and is dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
