Business Development Analyst Position Purpose: Focus on mergers and acquisition activities, including financial modeling and valuation analysis, tracking of current and prospective targets, competitive analysis and industry research * Track and update market environment activity including industry trends, competitor information, and acquisitions in related industries * Evaluate and monitor target companies for multiple line of businesses * Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of opportunities including financial projections and valuation analysis * Assist in drafting of summary documents and Board materials for senior leadership to evaluate opportunities * Assist in due diligence and integration processes * Provide guidance and training to junior resources and interns in team * Develop various reports and provide other analytical support Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent experience. 1+ years of corporate development, financial analysis, or data analysis experience.
