Louis Dreyfus Company, a privately held firm involved primarily in the international trading and merchandising of agricultural commodities, is looking for a Customer Service Associate in the Winter Garden, Florida Office. The position requires a commitment to quality and service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, through training and having confidence and understanding of how to manage orders efficiently through our system. The position will work with supply chain personnel and sales staff when required, in order to quickly and calmly respond to customer concerns, as well as being empowered to respond to issues within your area of control. Specifically, this position will be responsible for (i) Performing order entry and scheduling for customers of the U.S. juice business, (ii) Inputting new sales contracts as instructed by Management (iii) Monitoring logistics and scheduling to ensure customers receive juice on expected pick up times; iv) Performing filing and administrative duties to support the juice business
