Stifel’s Human Resources specializes in compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic planning and development. The department strives to balance associate needs and Stifel’s overall business goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory, federal, state, and local requirements.
The HR Intern provides assistance to the Human Resources department in day to day operations. This position assists the HR Department in various tasks including communications, university relations, talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and employee training and development.
