Job Description

Citadel's Human Resources Internship is designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing a career in HR. As an intern, you'll partner closely with teams across the HR function, build relationships with stakeholders throughout the team, and work on impactful HR projects.

Your Objectives:

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team
• Understand the landscape of global human resources projects and processes
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities
• Interpret and analyze HR data to synthesize results into actionable insights
• Develop solutions to complex talent challenges to address business needs

Your Skills & Talents:

• Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills - ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
• Organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tooling and building agents (e.g., Gemini, Claude)

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $2,200 to $2,300 per week.
